How does the pickup process work?

After placing your order, we will arrive at your chosen address and time with appropriate packing materials, photograph all items, and transport them to our facility. You can also bring your items yourself.

How do I get my items back?

Just log in to your dashboard, select the desired item, and click "Request Return". We will schedule delivery to your desired address within 12 working hours (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00).

Are my items insured?

Yes. All plans include insurance coverage up to ₾1,000 per item. Exclusions are listed in the insurance terms

What items can I store?

We store furniture, electronics, documents, seasonal items, boxes, and miscellaneous inventory. Dangerous materials, perishable products, and illegal items are not accepted.

Is there a minimum storage period?

Minimum storage period is 1 month. You can extend the period at any time from your control panel.

How is pricing calculated?

You pay for the cubic meters (m³) your items actually occupy. No fixed space — only real volume. Longer-term plan = Bigger discount

How much can one order hold?

The items in one order must total less than 30 m³. We calculate the volume automatically as you order and show it in your cart.

Can I get back only some of my items?

Yes — in your panel, you select which items you want returned. Courier delivery is paid (at transport rates), while self-pickup from the warehouse is free.

What if an item gets damaged?

All items are photographed upon drop-off, documenting their condition. Each item is insured up to ₾1,000 — in case of damage, we will resolve the issue within the insurance coverage.

Can I store luggage while traveling?

Yes — we pick up suitcases and travel gear from hotels and deliver them back to you upon your return. Details are on the luggage storage page.

Who packs the items?

The courier brings packaging materials and packs items on-site. If you prefer to pack in advance, you can purchase a cardboard box from the packaging page — we'll deliver it to your address.

How do I track what I have in storage?

Each item is photographed at intake and entered into a digital inventory — your dashboard shows what's stored and in what condition, any time.

Which areas do you cover?

Couriers pick up and return items in Tbilisi, Mtskheta, and Rustavi.

Storage and courier service operates from Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00. Sunday is a rest day. You can place an order online anytime.

How secure is the warehouse?

The warehouse is under 24/7 video surveillance, access is controlled, and all items are insured. Only our team has access to the items.

Price is calculated by actual item volume. The minimum term is 1 month.

What items don't you store?

We store most things, but a few categories are not accepted: musical instruments (piano, guitar, grand piano), perishable goods and food, liquids, flammable/explosive or hazardous items, weapons and ammunition, illegal or legally prohibited items, live animals and plants, and cash or valuables.
