How quickly can I get my luggage back?
Request return from your dashboard, and we will deliver it to any address within our zone — Tbilisi, Mtskheta, Rustavi — within 12 working hours (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–19:00).
Can you pick up from a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes — any address in Tbilisi, Mtskheta, and Rustavi. You can also arrange the drop-off in agreement with the reception or host.
Is my luggage insured?
Yes — all items are photographed at drop-off and insured up to ₾1,000.
